### sec.184 Transition of areas specified in erosion prone area plans This section applies to an area that, immediately before the commencement of the section, is specified in an erosion prone area plan under the Beach Protection Act as an area that may be subject to erosion or encroachment by tidal water. From the commencement, the area is taken to be an erosion prone area under this Act. This section applies despite the repeal of the Beach Protection Act. s 184 ins 2001 No. 93 s 19 (sec.184-ssec.1) This section applies to an area that, immediately before the commencement of the section, is specified in an erosion prone area plan under the Beach Protection Act as an area that may be subject to erosion or encroachment by tidal water. (sec.184-ssec.2) From the commencement, the area is taken to be an erosion prone area under this Act. (sec.184-ssec.3) This section applies despite the repeal of the Beach Protection Act.
