### sec.182 Dissolution of Beach Protection Authority
On the commencement of this section—
the Beach Protection Authority (the authority ) is dissolved; and
each member of the authority goes out of office; and
the assets and liabilities of the authority—
are transferred to the State and become assets and liabilities of the State; and
are to be administered by the Minister; and
the State is substituted as a party for the authority in all pending and existing proceedings to which the authority is a party.

- (a) the Beach Protection Authority (the authority ) is dissolved; and
- (b) each member of the authority goes out of office; and
- (c) the assets and liabilities of the authority— (i) are transferred to the State and become assets and liabilities of the State; and (ii) are to be administered by the Minister; and
- (i) are transferred to the State and become assets and liabilities of the State; and
- (ii) are to be administered by the Minister; and
- (d) the State is substituted as a party for the authority in all pending and existing proceedings to which the authority is a party.
