### sec.164A Planning and Environment Court may make declarations
Any person may bring a proceeding in the Planning and Environment Court for a declaration about a matter done, to be done or that should have been done, for chapter 2 , part 3 , division 2 .
The court may also make an order about any declaration it makes under subsection (1) .
This section does not limit part 2 .
