### sec.158 Payment of compensation to be recorded As soon as practicable after the compensation is paid, the chief executive must give the registrar of titles written notice that the land is affected by chapter 5 , part 1 . The notice must be in a form approved by the registrar. The registrar must keep the information stated in the notice as information under the Land Title Act 1994 , section 34 .
