### sec.15 Meaning of coastal zone
The coastal zone means the part of the State comprising the following—
Queensland waters and land within the area shown as the coastal zone on the coastal zone map;
the airspace above the surface of the area mentioned in paragraph (a) ;
the subsoil below the surface of the area mentioned in paragraph (a) .

- (a) Queensland waters and land within the area shown as the coastal zone on the coastal zone map;
- (b) the airspace above the surface of the area mentioned in paragraph (a) ;
