### sec.138 Failure to give name or address
A person of whom a formal details requirement is made must comply with the requirement, unless the person has a reasonable excuse for not complying.
Maximum penalty—50 penalty units.
A person does not commit an offence against subsection (1) if—
the person was required to state the person’s name and address by an authorised person who suspected the person had committed an offence against this Act; and
the person is not proved to have committed the offence.
