### sec.115A Applicant may surrender land voluntarily
The applicant for a relevant application may voluntarily surrender a part of the lot to be reconfigured to the State for coastal management if the part is in a coastal management district.
To remove any doubt, it is declared that subdivision 2 does not apply to a part of a lot surrendered under subsection (1) .

(sec.115A-ssec.1) The applicant for a relevant application may voluntarily surrender a part of the lot to be reconfigured to the State for coastal management if the part is in a coastal management district.
