### sec.114 Effect on decisions or actions if relevant application is refused or development approval stops having effect
An action taken, or decision made, by the chief executive under this subdivision in relation to a relevant application is of no effect, and is taken to have never been made or taken, if—
the application is refused; or
any development approval given for the application stops having effect.
