### sec.58 Accuracy of plans and information
If it is not practicable for a plan of coal mine workings to accurately show the details mentioned in section 67 (1) (a) of the Act , the site senior executive must ensure the parts of the plan containing the details for which accuracy is not practicable are clearly marked.
The site senior executive for a coal mine must ensure information kept at the mine under section 67 (1) (c) and (d) of the Act is sufficiently accurate to achieve an acceptable level of risk in the mine’s coal mining operations.
(sec.58-ssec.1) If it is not practicable for a plan of coal mine workings to accurately show the details mentioned in section 67 (1) (a) of the Act , the site senior executive must ensure the parts of the plan containing the details for which accuracy is not practicable are clearly marked.
