### sec.56H Standard operating procedure for dealing with leaks and spills
The site senior executive for a coal mine must ensure the mine has a standard operating procedure for dealing with leaks and spills of a hazardous chemical, or dangerous goods, at the mine.
In developing a standard operating procedure under subsection (1) , the site senior executive must ensure regard is had to the safety data sheet for the chemical or goods.
