### sec.49X CEO must establish register of approved providers
The CEO must establish and keep up to date a register of approved providers for scheme functions.
The register must contain the following information for each approved provider for a scheme function—
the name and address of the approved provider;
the scheme function for which the approval is given.
The register may contain other information the CEO considers appropriate.
The register must be published on a Queensland Government website.

(sec.49X-ssec.1) The CEO must establish and keep up to date a register of approved providers for scheme functions.
(sec.49X-ssec.2) The register must contain the following information for each approved provider for a scheme function— the name and address of the approved provider; the scheme function for which the approval is given.
(sec.49X-ssec.3) The register may contain other information the CEO considers appropriate.
(sec.49X-ssec.4) The register must be published on a Queensland Government website.
- (a) the name and address of the approved provider;
- (b) the scheme function for which the approval is given.
