### sec.49T Application for internal review
This section applies to a person who is given, or is entitled to be given, an information notice about a decision (the original decision ).
If the person is dissatisfied with the decision, the person may apply to the CEO for a review (an internal review ) of the decision.
The application must—
be in the approved form; and
for a person who has been given an information notice for the decision—include enough information to enable the CEO to decide the application; and
be made to the CEO within—
for a person who has been given an information notice for the decision—28 days after the day the person is given the notice; or
for a person who has not been given an information notice for the decision but is entitled to be given an information notice for the decision—28 days after the day the person becomes aware of the decision.
The CEO may, at any time, extend the period within which the application must be made.

- (b) for a person who has been given an information notice for the decision—include enough information to enable the CEO to decide the application; and
- (c) be made to the CEO within— (i) for a person who has been given an information notice for the decision—28 days after the day the person is given the notice; or (ii) for a person who has not been given an information notice for the decision but is entitled to be given an information notice for the decision—28 days after the day the person becomes aware of the decision.
- (i) for a person who has been given an information notice for the decision—28 days after the day the person is given the notice; or
- (ii) for a person who has not been given an information notice for the decision but is entitled to be given an information notice for the decision—28 days after the day the person becomes aware of the decision.
- (i) for a person who has been given an information notice for the decision—28 days after the day the person is given the notice; or
- (ii) for a person who has not been given an information notice for the decision but is entitled to be given an information notice for the decision—28 days after the day the person becomes aware of the decision.
