### sec.49P Grounds for suspending or cancelling approval The CEO may suspend or cancel an approval if— the approval was obtained because of incorrect or misleading information; or the CEO believes the approved provider has failed to comply with this division or a condition of the approval; or the approved provider is not a fit and proper person to carry out the scheme function under the approval.
