### sec.49F Content of former worker assessment
A former worker assessment must be carried out—
in compliance with all instructions stated in the approved form; and
by the doctor mentioned in section 49E (1) ; and
if the former worker assessment is carried out by an approved examining doctor—under the supervision of an approved supervising doctor.
The approved form must include provision for the following to be carried out for the former worker—
a chest examination;
a spirometry;
a comparative assessment of the former worker’s spirometry if the results of 1 or more previous spirometries for the former worker are in the possession of the CEO or doctor;
a chest x-ray examination;
a further reading of the chest x-ray the subject of the examination required under paragraph (d) .

- (a) in compliance with all instructions stated in the approved form; and
- (b) by the doctor mentioned in section 49E (1) ; and
- (c) if the former worker assessment is carried out by an approved examining doctor—under the supervision of an approved supervising doctor.
