### sec.413 Additional requirements for underground mine’s principal hazard management plans Section 149, as amended by the Resources Safety and Health Legislation Amendment Regulation 2024 , does not apply until the day that is 1 year after the commencement. Former section 149 continues to apply, as if the Resources Safety and Health Legislation Amendment Regulation 2024 had not commenced, until the day that is 1 year after the commencement.
