### sec.408 Application of s 397 in relation to previous s 345(b) This section applies in relation to section 397, to the extent it relates to previous section 345(b). Section 397 applies as if the reference in that section to 6 months after the commencement of the section were a reference to 1 year after the commencement of this section. In this section— previous section 345(b) means section 345(b) as in force immediately before 6 January 2020. s 408 ins 2020 SL No. 118 s 24 (sec.408-ssec.1) This section applies in relation to section 397, to the extent it relates to previous section 345(b). (sec.408-ssec.2) Section 397 applies as if the reference in that section to 6 months after the commencement of the section were a reference to 1 year after the commencement of this section. (sec.408-ssec.3) In this section— previous section 345(b) means section 345(b) as in force immediately before 6 January 2020.
