### sec.404 Deferral of particular provisions until 6 October 2020
The following provisions do not apply until 6 October 2020—
section 344(1)(d), to the extent it relates to a place mentioned in section 344(3)(b);
section 344(3), to the extent it relates to a place mentioned in section 344(3)(b).
