### sec.391 Existing standard operating procedure relating to hazardous substances
This section applies to a standard operating procedure—
complying with former section 56; and
in effect immediately before the commencement.
During the transition period, the standard operating procedure is taken to be a standard operating procedure complying with new sections 56E and 56H.
However, a site senior executive for a coal mine to whom new section 56E applies must start to develop a standard operating procedure complying with new section 56E no later than 2 months after the commencement.
Also, a site senior executive for a coal mine to whom new section 56H applies must start to develop a standard operating procedure complying with new section 56H no later than 2 months after the commencement.
In this section—
transition period means the period—
starting on the commencement; and
ending 6 months after the commencement.

(sec.391-ssec.1) This section applies to a standard operating procedure— complying with former section 56; and in effect immediately before the commencement.

(sec.391-ssec.5) In this section— transition period means the period— starting on the commencement; and ending 6 months after the commencement.
- (a) complying with former section 56; and
