### sec.331 Risk assessment Before construction work is started at an underground mine, the site senior executive for the mine must ensure a risk assessment is carried out for— the installation, operation, maintenance and testing of the equipment to be used during the construction; and the work involved in the construction. - (a) the installation, operation, maintenance and testing of the equipment to be used during the construction; and - (b) the work involved in the construction.
