### sec.324 Monitoring strata support An underground mine’s safety and health management system must provide for— monitoring the effectiveness and integrity of strata support in each place used by a person for normal work or normal travel; and maintaining the integrity of the strata support, including, for example, by replacing defective supports. In this section— normal travel means travel carried out other than in an emergency. s 324 amd 2020 SL No. 118 s 16 (sec.324-ssec.1) An underground mine’s safety and health management system must provide for— monitoring the effectiveness and integrity of strata support in each place used by a person for normal work or normal travel; and maintaining the integrity of the strata support, including, for example, by replacing defective supports.
