### sec.258 Riding on, or crossing over or under, a conveyor
A person must not ride on a conveyor at an underground mine unless the conveyor is designed for the purpose.
A person must not cross over or under a moving conveyor at an underground mine other than at a place provided for the purpose.
The mine’s safety and health management system must provide for protecting persons travelling under a conveyor against falling objects.
