### sec.236 Explosion-protected electrically-powered loader An explosion-protected electrically-powered loader must be fitted with at least 1 automatic methane detector to detect the general body concentration of methane around the machine. The detector must automatically— activate a visible alarm to warn the operator when the concentration exceeds 1%; and trip the electricity supply to the loader when the concentration exceeds 2%.
