### sec.12I Interest payable on unpaid fees This section applies if a responsible person for a coal mine does not pay any amount of a safety and health fee under section 12E or 12G . The responsible person must pay interest on the unpaid amount at the rate of 15% a year. The interest must be calculated as simple interest.
