### sec.122 Revoking abnormal circumstances declaration Immediately after the need for a person to enter the highwall mining excavation has passed, the abnormal circumstances declaration must be revoked by the site senior executive or senior supervisor who made the declaration. The revocation must be written and notice of it given to— each supervisor in control of the highwall mining operation; and a site safety and health representative for the mine. (sec.122-ssec.1) Immediately after the need for a person to enter the highwall mining excavation has passed, the abnormal circumstances declaration must be revoked by the site senior executive or senior supervisor who made the declaration.
