### sec.69B Site senior executive entitled to training and assessment report from previous coal mine This section applies if— a person is a coal mine worker at a coal mine (the current coal mine ); and the person has previously been a coal mine worker at another coal mine (the previous coal mine ). The site senior executive for the current coal mine may ask the coal mine operator for the previous coal mine to give the site senior executive a training and assessment report for the person. The coal mine operator for the previous coal mine must comply with the request within 30 days after the request is made. Maximum penalty—200 penalty units.
