### sec.64 Review of principal hazard management plans and standard operating procedures
This section applies if—
a safety and health management system has been developed for a new coal mine; or
it is proposed to change a safety and health management system at an existing coal mine.
The site senior executive must review the principal hazard management plans and standard operating procedures in consultation with coal mine workers affected by the plans and operating procedures.
Maximum penalty—200 penalty units.
The review under subsection (2) must take place—
for a new coal mine—as soon as practicable after the start of coal mining operations; or
for a change at an existing coal mine—before the change happens.
(sec.64-ssec.1) This section applies if— a safety and health management system has been developed for a new coal mine; or it is proposed to change a safety and health management system at an existing coal mine.
