### sec.62A Additional requirement for coal mining operation for incidental coal seam gas This section applies if coal mining operations at a coal mine include activities related to mining incidental coal seam gas. The safety and health management system must include a plan to achieve an acceptable level of risk in relation to the activities. In deciding whether the safety and health management system for the coal mine is adequate and effective to achieve an acceptable level of risk for section 62 (5) , regard must be had to the requirements for a safety management system under the Petroleum and Gas (Production and Safety) Act 2004 .
