### sec.45 Obligations of erectors and installers of plant
An erector or installer of plant at a coal mine has an obligation—
to erect or install the plant in a way that is safe and does not expose persons at the mine to an unacceptable level of risk; and
to ensure nothing about the way the plant was erected or installed makes it unsafe or likely to expose persons at the mine to an unacceptable level of risk when used properly.
