### sec.32 Cooperation to achieve objects of Act This Act seeks to achieve cooperation between coal operators, site senior executives and coal workers to achieve the objects of the Act . Cooperation is an important strategy in achieving the objects of the Act and is achieved— at an industry level by— the establishment of the coal mining safety and health advisory committee under part 6 ; and the appointment of industry safety and health representatives under part 8 ; and at coal mine level by— the election of site safety and health representatives under part 7 ; and the process of involving coal mine workers in the management of risk. s 32 amd 2010 No. 17 s 17 sch (sec.32-ssec.1) This Act seeks to achieve cooperation between coal operators, site senior executives and coal workers to achieve the objects of the Act .
