### sec.301 Continuation of coal mining safety and health advisory council and appointment of members On the commencement, the coal mining safety and health advisory council continues as the coal mining safety and health advisory committee. Subsection (3) applies to a person who, immediately before the commencement, is a member of the coal mining safety and health advisory council. On the commencement, the person is taken to be a member of the coal mining safety and health advisory committee. s 301 ins 2010 No. 17 s 33 (sec.301-ssec.1) On the commencement, the coal mining safety and health advisory council continues as the coal mining safety and health advisory committee.
