### sec.286 Approvals by inspector If an approval of the chief inspector or an inspector for a stated use for stated plant is in force under the former Act immediately before the commencement, and a certificate by a nationally accredited testing station is required under this Act for the stated use for the plant, the approval of the chief inspector or inspector is taken to be a certificate given under this Act.
