### sec.277 Delegation by Minister or CEO The Minister or CEO (the person ) may delegate the person’s functions and powers under this Act to an appropriately qualified person. However, the Minister may delegate a power under a provision required under section 227 (3) (c) to any appropriately qualified person for mines rescue services. s 277 amd 2020 No. 10 s 88 (sec.277-ssec.1) The Minister or CEO (the person ) may delegate the person’s functions and powers under this Act to an appropriately qualified person.
