### sec.267R Proceeding for alleged contravention Subject to this part, no proceeding for a contravention or alleged contravention of this Act may be taken against a person if an enforceable undertaking is in effect in relation to the contravention. No proceeding may be taken for a contravention or alleged contravention of this Act against a person who has made an enforceable undertaking in relation to the contravention and has completely discharged the enforceable undertaking. s 267R ins 2024 No. 34 s 91 (sec.267R-ssec.1) Subject to this part, no proceeding for a contravention or alleged contravention of this Act may be taken against a person if an enforceable undertaking is in effect in relation to the contravention. (sec.267R-ssec.2) No proceeding may be taken for a contravention or alleged contravention of this Act against a person who has made an enforceable undertaking in relation to the contravention and has completely discharged the enforceable undertaking.
