### sec.267D Terms of injunction
The District Court may grant an injunction in the terms the court considers appropriate.
Without limiting the court’s power under subsection (1) , an injunction may be granted restraining a person from carrying on particular activities—
for a stated period; or
except on stated terms and conditions.
Also, the court may grant an injunction requiring a person to take stated action, including action to disclose or publish information, to remedy any adverse consequences of the person’s contravention of this Act.

(sec.267D-ssec.1) The District Court may grant an injunction in the terms the court considers appropriate.
(sec.267D-ssec.2) Without limiting the court’s power under subsection (1) , an injunction may be granted restraining a person from carrying on particular activities— for a stated period; or except on stated terms and conditions.
(sec.267D-ssec.3) Also, the court may grant an injunction requiring a person to take stated action, including action to disclose or publish information, to remedy any adverse consequences of the person’s contravention of this Act.

- (b) except on stated terms and conditions.
