### sec.267 How document to be given to coal mine operator
A document to be given to a coal mine operator for a coal mine, is taken to have been given to the coal mine operator if it is—
addressed to the coal mine operator; and
given to the site senior executive at the coal mine.
- (a) addressed to the coal mine operator; and
- (b) given to the site senior executive at the coal mine.
