### sec.250 Proof of appointments and authority unnecessary It is not necessary to prove— the appointment of the commissioner, the CEO, the WHS prosecutor, the chief inspector, an inspector, an inspection officer, an authorised officer, an industry safety and health representative or a site safety and health representative; or the authority of the commissioner, the CEO, the WHS prosecutor, the chief inspector, an inspector, an inspection officer, an authorised officer, an industry safety and health representative or a site safety and health representative to do anything under this Act.
