### sec.243 Who may appeal
A person whose interests are affected by the following may appeal to the Industrial Court—
a decision of the chief inspector under section 149 (3) (a) to retain a seized thing;
a directive given by the chief inspector;
a review decision of the chief inspector under part 9 , division 5 , subdivision 8 .

- (a) a decision of the chief inspector under section 149 (3) (a) to retain a seized thing;
- (b) a directive given by the chief inspector;
