### sec.236 Appeals against Minister’s decisions
The following persons may appeal against the Minister’s decision under the following provisions to an Industrial Magistrates Court under this division—
a person who is removed from office as site safety and health representative— section 97 ;
a person whose appointment as industry safety and health representative has been terminated— section 112 ;
the applicant for accreditation— sections 227 and 228 ;
the accredited corporation— section 231 .
