### sec.235 Accredited corporation must keep records
An accredited corporation must keep a record of the coal mine operators who are party to a mines rescue agreement with the corporation.
If a coal mine operator who is a party to a mines rescue agreement with the corporation asks, the corporation must give the coal mine operator a certificate stating—
that the coal mine operator is a party to a mines rescue agreement with the corporation; and
whether the coal mine operator has paid all contributions required by the corporation under section 224 (1) .
A certificate under subsection (2) signed by an officer of the corporation is evidence of the matters stated in it.
(sec.235-ssec.1) An accredited corporation must keep a record of the coal mine operators who are party to a mines rescue agreement with the corporation.
(sec.235-ssec.2) If a coal mine operator who is a party to a mines rescue agreement with the corporation asks, the corporation must give the coal mine operator a certificate stating— that the coal mine operator is a party to a mines rescue agreement with the corporation; and whether the coal mine operator has paid all contributions required by the corporation under section 224 (1) .
