### sec.213 Notice to witness
The chairperson of the board of inquiry may, by notice ( attendance notice ) given to a person, require the person to attend at the inquiry at a stated time and place to give evidence or produce stated documents or things.
A person required to appear as a witness before the inquiry is entitled to the witness fees prescribed under a regulation or, if no witness fees are prescribed, the reasonable witness fees decided by the chairperson.
