### sec.207 Notice of inquiry
The chairperson of the board of inquiry must give at least 14 days notice of the time and place of the inquiry to—
any person the chairperson considers may be concerned in the serious accident or high potential incident the subject of the inquiry; and
any other person the chairperson reasonably believes should be given the opportunity to appear at the inquiry.
