### sec.205 CEO to arrange for services of staff and financial matters for board of inquiry
As soon as practicable after the board of inquiry is established, the CEO must consult with the chairperson of the board and arrange—
for the services of RSHQ and other persons to be made available to the board for the conduct of the inquiry; and
for financial matters relevant to the board.
