### sec.174 Coal mine workers must have access to directives
The site senior executive for a coal mine must make a copy of a directive given under subdivision 3 or 4 relating to the coal mine available for inspection by coal mine workers at the coal mine for at least 7 years after the directive is given.
Maximum penalty—40 penalty units.
