### sec.168 Contents of directive
A directive given to a person under subdivision 3 or 4 must state the following matters—
the action required under the directive;
the grounds for the directive;
a stated reasonable period within which the person must comply with the directive;
if the directive is given by an inspector (other than the chief inspector), an inspection officer or an industry safety and health representative—that the person has a right to have the directive reviewed by the chief inspector under subdivision 8 ;
if the directive is given by the chief inspector—that the person has a right to appeal against the directive under part 14 , division 2 ;
how, and the period within which, the person may apply for review of, or appeal against, the directive.

- (a) the action required under the directive;
- (b) the grounds for the directive;
- (c) a stated reasonable period within which the person must comply with the directive;
