### sec.164 Directive to ensure task performed only by coal mine worker with competency
This section applies if an inspector believes a particular task at a coal mine should be performed only by persons with a particular competency.
The inspector may give the coal mine operator for the coal mine a directive that the task be performed only by a coal mine worker with the competency.
