### sec.130 Identity cards
The CEO must give each inspector, inspection officer and authorised officer an identity card.
The identity card must—
contain a recent photograph of the inspector, inspection officer or authorised officer; and
be signed by the inspector, inspection officer or authorised officer; and
identify the person as an inspector, inspection officer or authorised officer under this Act.

(sec.130-ssec.1) The CEO must give each inspector, inspection officer and authorised officer an identity card.
(sec.130-ssec.2) The identity card must— contain a recent photograph of the inspector, inspection officer or authorised officer; and be signed by the inspector, inspection officer or authorised officer; and identify the person as an inspector, inspection officer or authorised officer under this Act.
- (a) contain a recent photograph of the inspector, inspection officer or authorised officer; and
- (b) be signed by the inspector, inspection officer or authorised officer; and
- (c) identify the person as an inspector, inspection officer or authorised officer under this Act.
