### sec.115 Vacancy generally The position of industry safety and health representative becomes vacant if the representative— finishes a term and is not reappointed; or resigns by notice of resignation given to the Minister; or has the representative’s appointment terminated by the Minister. - (a) finishes a term and is not reappointed; or - (b) resigns by notice of resignation given to the Minister; or - (c) has the representative’s appointment terminated by the Minister.
