54G Term of licence
Subject to this part, a licence remains in force for the period, not
longer than 3 years, that is specified in the licence.
54H Renewal of licence
(1) A licensee may, at any time before the end of the period mentioned
in section 54G or the last period of renewal, as the case may be, apply
to the commissioner for a renewal of the licence.
(2) The commissioner must, on receipt of an application in accordance
with subsection (1), renew the licence.
(3) Subject to this part, a licence renewed under subsection (2) remains
in force for a period of 3 years beginning on the end of the period
mentioned in section 54G, or the last period of renewal, as the case
requires.
