### sec.98 Enforcement against a third person
If a third person—
does not comply with an enforcement warrant authorising redirection of a debt from the third person; and
does not file a notice of objection; and
fails to dispute the third person’s liability to pay the debt;
the enforcement creditor has the same entitlement to enforce the debt as the enforcement debtor had.
To remove any doubt, it is declared that if the debt is a State debt under section 95 , the Crown Proceedings Act 1980 , section 11 applies.

(sec.98-ssec.1) If a third person— does not comply with an enforcement warrant authorising redirection of a debt from the third person; and does not file a notice of objection; and fails to dispute the third person’s liability to pay the debt; the enforcement creditor has the same entitlement to enforce the debt as the enforcement debtor had.
