### sec.93 Securities held by enforcement officer
This section applies if an enforcement officer seizes cheques, bills of exchange, promissory notes, specialties or other securities for money (the seized documents ) under an enforcement warrant to enforce a money order.
The enforcement officer holds the seized documents as security for the amount to be recovered under the enforcement warrant for the benefit of the enforcement creditor.
The enforcement officer may receive an amount payable under a seized document from the person liable under it.
The rules may make provision about proceedings to recover amounts under a seized document, including who may start a proceeding.
